Eric’s construction roots run deep. Raised in the Washington, D.C. metro area by parents who were residential developers, he began working on job sites during summer breaks at age 16.

His career officially started in commercial construction, later transitioning to luxury residential projects, and ultimately returning to commercial development.

Today he has over 14 years of industry experience, 12 of those focused exclusively on large-scale commercial construction. He currently serves as an Owner’s Representative on 600,000 sf of commercial real estate, with over 3,000,000 sf completed during past projects. He is an expert in mixed-use facility coordination, commercial real estate construction, and owner’s representation. Eric takes pride in providing exceptional customer service to his clients and building lasting relationships in the communities he serves.

Eric also holds his general contractor license. He enjoys renovating homes and creating spaces homeowners can be proud of and enjoy.
